After the analysis of the COVID-19 indicators in our state, the Board of Health identified that in recent weeks the trend in active cases, hospitalizations, and positivity of cases due to the disease remains significantly downward. The percentage of hospital occupancy went from 61.4% on August 29 to 38.7% at the cut-off of September 25. In addition, it was found that active cases had a decrease from 9,359, to 6,563 in the last three weeks; while the positivity fell from 27.5% to 17.11% in the same period.

Therefore, as promised to do at the end of September, the Board of Health again reviewed the measures for capacity in restaurants, bars, and cultural activities. It was determined to approve the increase of the capacity in restaurants from 50% to 65%, and bars from 25% to 40%. Social events in closed spaces may have a capacity of 300 people, while those held in open spaces may convene up to 600 people.

Massive events continue to be restricted, as are events that by their nature exceed the capacity established by the Board of Health.

Capacaties in public stadiums has been increased from 33% to 50%.

The cultural activities programmed for the PALCCO venue may also be carried out with a capacity of 75%, and in strict adherence to the health protocols established for their activity.

The approved dates are for their activities in October. However, the events scheduled for November and December will be subject to review by the Board of Health, which will continue to evaluate the conditions of the pandemic.
