After a couple of Hurricanes passed the Bay of Banderas / Puerto Vallarta we had some rough seas for three or four days, but that doesn't mean there arent' fish out there.
But they may not be where you are at the moment. With strong currents, fish have thinned out in numbers, but as always this will have most likely changed before you see this video.
