When you think of seafood in Mexico, you probably think of a nice, shaded restaurant on the beach, but that’s not always the case. There are tons of marisco, or seafood, restaurants and a lot of them are not on, or near, the beach.

Comida Corrida is all over Mexico, and there are many good places to find it. And one of those is Loncheria El Tarasco. It is located on Calle Brasil 1649 in the Colonia Cárdenas. It’s also a block away from Estadio Municipal Augustin Flores Contreras. But, if you live in the area and want food delivered you can give them a call and, as long as they’re not too busy they can deliver it for you!
A lot of people, especially tourists, will say it’s hard to find a good, full meal for a cheap price here in Puerto Vallarta; but they’re actually wrong, you just have to know where to go.
When you think of Mexican food you probably think of tacos and quesadillas. But often in fancy downtown restaurants the plates are expensive and the authentic flavor you seek isn’t even there. To get good tacos most of the time you have to leave the tourist zone, and look for hole in the wall restaurants and stands.
Everyone loves food, even though they all love different kinds. As George Bernard Shaw says, “there is no love more sincere than the love of food,” and to some people that is 100% true. But, even if you’re not crazy about foods and flavors, you still have to have a favorite dish or cuisine.
